Your participation as a 6th International Congress on Vegetarian Nutrition exhibitor offers abundant opportunities to align your company's products and services with the vision and objectives of Loma Linda University School of Public Health and hundreds of nutrition professionals. Participation as an exhibitor means access to over 700 health professionals, researchers and those most interested in nutrition & wellness products and services. Note: all applications are subject to review prior to approval.

BOOTH INFORMATION

Booths are measured in 8' x 8' increments.
All exhibitors that meet deadline requirements will receive the following:

  • Choice selection from prime booth locations in the Expo Hall
  • Description of your products/services in the official Program Book, distributed to all congress attendees
  • Listing in the 6ICVN Program
  • Listing in the 6ICVN Website
  • Booth materials: 8' high drape, 3' high side rail drape, 8' table
  • 1 exhibitor badge (NO congress/scientific program access)
  • Free Wi-Fi access throughout the congress
  • Power available on perimeter spaces only
  • 24-hour perimeter security of the exposition hall
